"Nice people but unfortunately diagnosed my fracture incorrectly, and now I need corrective (and preventable) hand surgery. Was rushed out as I was the last patient, despite waiting a few hours for care."

"Needed urgent care for a fever/sore throat while on vacation. The facility is very nice looking, clean, and comfortable. Front staff were friendly enough. We were taken back within 30 minutes on a Saturday morning. The nurses and doc were easy-going but thorough and prescribed meds that worked. Pharmacy was also right there and the same price if not better than CVS for that specific med. Also quick, less than 30 minutes and we were out. Overall it was a great experience and we were glad they were there and we didn't have to go all the way back down the cape!"

"I was seen immediately by a highly qualified nurse, who expedited my triage. The doctor was in within 10 minutes of my arrival and was phenomenal. Luckily, they were able to handle my treatment on-site, because it is over an hour to the nearest full-service hospital. I can't say enough about the competence, compassion, and efficiency of everyone with whom I had contact. They are amazing! P-town is so fortunate to have this here in town. My gratitude is limitless!"

"You need a system to advise patients you have no more openings on a day. I waited 20 minutes on hold, only to reach “answering service”, and was told to go to the office… only to be told no more appointments were available for today. Stop waisting peoples time!! Maybe set up reliable scheduling, so people don’t go the office only to be told nothing is available that day!? :-/"

"Brought my 2 year old in with DIFFICULTY BREATHING. She was lethargic and was visibly very ill. The woman at the front desk first made us go through a ton of paperwork and insisted on a covid test before they would see her and even said we would have to wait over 3 hours to be seen. I insisted she be triaged which was “done” while we were seated in our truck following the covid test. We then waited for another hour. Doctor and nurses were great but my daughter was sent via AMBULANCE to Cape Cod Hospital where she was admitted for two nights. The woman at the front desk needs to be better trained immediately, to detect an emergency situation. I had to ask for my daughter to be triaged (mind blown). It should have been done right away (and correctly) given that she was a pediatric patient and was having difficulty breathing. It turned out fine for us but this was a scary situation. Please, please train the woman at the front desk!!!"
