"I am a new patient of dpb (Charles River loc.) and I would 100% recommend this office to everyone and anyone. There was a formal sit down prior to the initial examination and cleaning. We went over my forms and concerns. I love that this dialogue started prior to sitting in a dentist chair as it emphasized that there was time for me and what I had to say about my dental goals/dental history. I appreciated how accommodating the team was when it came to scheduling with the front desk, making sure the room temperature was comfortable, that my x-rays were double checked incase we needed another try at one. The dental hygienist showed extra care to the areas where I still have cement remanence from prior Invisalign treatments. I am so appreciative of the group of professional women who were extremely knowledgably, thorough, kind and affable. Go women in STEM!! I didn't feel judged/shamed for not knowing something about dental health, and you could tell the team genuinely cared about educating me on ways to improve my routine! I'm looking forward to remaining my care here and I'm motivated to be better!"

"Dr. Kim recommended a cavity to be filled and I was trusting of her since she seemed competent. Took a picture of my pre-filling X-Rays and sent it to another dentistry professional who stated there was zero reason why that tooth should’ve ever been filled. For what it’s worth, the filling went smoothly and there was no post-op discomfort, but it was a waste of time and money on my end. Front desk staff were very kind, and all the hygienists were super nice as well. Unfortunate that I feel a little mislead by Dr. Kim, but glad to be leaving town and never have to come back here again."

"They're wonderful. Full stop. I've been going to them for decades. Oh, and not only are the dentists excellent but the support staff rocks. Without exception that I've found. Yes they are expensive. Yes you have to go in to Boston. Yes parking will run 20 bucks. Still completely worth it, especially if you have complex or tricky restorative needs like me."
