"TJ Gramstorff was not only the best insurance agent I've worked with but the best customer service representative I've ever worked with. I do not like talking on the phone, he accommodated me by communicating via email even when I was struggling to get my needs across because I couldn't explain it with written communication. He continued to email me until I understoodand and he understood EVERY LAST DETAIL. When I made a mistake on my account in the App, I blamed him, but he emailed me back immediately, the same night and after hours explaining what I did and he called all necessary people to fix my mistake and he stayed professional even after I was giving him attitude and placing blame on him. He didn't just have to find me a policy, I moved to MA from NH, requiring a much longer process than just a policy purchase. He got me all the proper paperwork, signed stamped and delivered to be able to register my vehicle without having to jump through a million hoops. When my financial situation became dire, I had to cancel my policy temporarily. Even after all the work he put in to getting me the best rates and policies and filing all the paperwork, he completely understood and did not make me feel badly about it or try to convince me to stick with it. He was an absolute pleasure to work with even if I wasn't the best client to deal with. I recommend him to anyone looking for any kind of insurance policy.
