"UPDATE COURT TODAY AND THEY DIDN’T SHOW UP! SMH SAD A BUSINESS IS BEING RAN THIS WAY I have been getting my clothes washed dried and folded there for sometime now I haven’t had a washer in about a year and I’ve been noticing overtime as somethings weren’t coming back over a week ago I dropped off all my work clothes scrubs. I paid almost $35 for them to be washed dried and folded when I got them back. It was over $100 worth of scrubs missing. I tried getting in touch with the manager for a week went there three times and the last time I went, there was Sunday and told them that if they weren’t to call me by Monday, cause I know that it was on the footage of my stuff being placed in the washer coming out of the washer and being put in the dryer and taken out of the dryer and they did review the footage and it was supposed to be being investigated. Nobody called me even after I went there 3 times that week an on Sunday i went a told the girl working if the manger didn’t call me by today i was filing a police report she never called so i called at 2ish the girl stated the manager left for the day an i said she was suppose to call me already 3 times so im filing a report of my clothes being stolen by them she told me to do go ahead an it it an hung up on me . I was going to make a police report but went there instead and went down downstairs to go above the managers head. I talked to Creig who knew about the situation for days now, but lied straight to my face and said he just found out today he also lied about the footage not being reviewed when it was and when I found that out, he was leaving work so I pulled up to him and told him he was a liar an i’m not even giving him till tomorrow now i’m going to go make a police report and then he turned around and said I threatened him because I told him I was going to the police station because he was lying to me. This should’ve been taken care of when i first reported it, not a week and a half later and him asking me to wait two more days after it’s already been reviewed, I don’t even give wash world one star On Acushnet Avenue….. i hope the owner finds out what is going on in his business"

"Delivery and pick up services they do a great job been using it for 6 months however I have had two articles of clothing missing a two sweat shirts, I could see if it was socks but these just seem to be stolen"

"Washworld on a achusanet avenue is the best, It's always clean. The women in there work very, very hard. Nilda Is the the best she goes above and beyond to make her customers happy, She goes above and beyond to make sure her team is happy. Nilda Is a great manager. There'll never be no one like her., And I enjoy Going there very, very much. Things to wash world for your hospitality and having a great store! Note to customer they close at 10:00 pm not 11:00 and last wash is at 8:30 pm ! Thanks"
