"We can't say enough about our stay at the 8 Dyer Hotel. The hotel is located 1/2 block from the shops and restaurants on Commercial street, but on a quiet and peaceful street. These are the things we loved: Rooms with fireplaces, mini-fridges, 2 sinks and lots of windows. Plenty of natural light. Comfortable beds. Lovely common area for breakfast. Complimentary snacks like gummy bears. Pool and hot tub although we didn't get to use them. Breakfast choices (menu provided to guests each day for the next morning) with healthy and less healthy options. Steve as the host extraordinaire who bent over backwards to exceed our every need. Unlike many Provincetown hotels which have a more traditional/nautical decor, the 8 Dyer has a contemporary feel and look which we sought out and appreciated."
"Loved it. If you're looking for a great inn experience in Provincetown, look no further. Room P2 was exactly as described. Nicely appointed. Clean. And comfortable. The service was perfect. They kindly accommodated our late check-in. The room was maintained in perfect condition. The location is a nice quiet street with great access to restaurants, entertainment, pickleball, markets, and shopping. The breakfasts at Yoqueria were delicious. Try the lobster Benedict!"
"This is the cutest hotel! Its in the perfect location to walk commercial street and just about a half mile from the ferry. We had an amazing stay! The beds are comfortable, the pool is serene, & the complimentary brunch was incredible. We also enjoyed using the indoor jacuzzi & sauna. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Provincetown."
"Highly recommend staying at 8 Dyer Hotel! The location, service, and hotel was hands down 5+ stars. It was our first time in Provincetown and the owners were supper helpful with providing recommendations and making our stay perfect. The location is amazing and is walkable to all the great spots in town. You will not go wrong with staying at 8 Dyer!"
"This place is an oasis in an excellent location, walking distance to the center of town but also just far enough away to be quiet. Great walking neighborhood. Comfortable bed in a peaceful room with a calming ceiling fan. Excellent breakfast prepared with care. Thoughtful amenities. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and good sleep. Personal communication with the host was first class."
