"I went to this location at around 4 PM and the coffee was cold. Apparently they stop making fresh coffee at least an hour before they close. There are too many coffee establishments out there to have to put up with Shelburne Falls Coffee. Also, the employees expect a tip for handing me a cup to pour my own coffee or for making me a coffee behind the counter?! Tipping culture is out of control! I do not tip Shelburne Falls employees!"
"The service is always slow and the order is usually wrong and this is STILL my favorite coffee shop in Noho!!! It's just that good! And I've tried them all! The staff is always super friendly, the vibes are good, the food is DELICIOUS, the coffee is the best you're going to find in town, and the everything is actually really well priced (a Noho first)."
"Shelburne is very mediocre. The coffee is just okay, although they do have some "to stay" mugs/cups, it's mostly a "take your coffee in a paper cup" type of place, and the pastries are also very average, nothing special. There are many better options in Northampton"
"One of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had! Had the Buckland on a croissant, fresh squeezed OJ & a Hazelnut Cold Brew. Totally recommend. Staff was awesome too!"
