"i literally read from their menu and ordered 2 turkey sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches and when i received my order had 2 egg tacos. Said what is this? They said turkey egg and cheese on tortilla. I said i didn’t order a taco. I read from the menu and the photo featured with that is NOT a taco. They said my order said egg wrap and I should have corrected that on the order screen, so since i didn’t I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA to get what i ordered. I said WHAT??! I’ve already paid for it and it hasn’t been provided and in what world is it my responsibility to double check THEIR work?? And then I asked them to identify the donut in my bag, which they said chocolate glazed. Yep, my order said chocolate frosted, does anyone in there know the difference? Maybe that’s why i ended up with an egg taco instead of an egg sandwich. Donuts were stale anyway and it was only 9am. Hey state road dunkin - stop trying to charge your customers twice for YOUR order mistakes and save yourself the money by training your people!!!"

"It's a Dunkin small but quickly, with drive thru, with 7 tables inside, smart machine to made your order, donuts always delicious, best prices! With handicapped parking and add the schedule. You can stop here for a fast coffee!"
"Worst experience. Ordered Avocado toast. Paid extra for bacon. Got half on the toast and it was crumbles. Went to ask if this was the portion. I was told it was busy. Then said, that's how we make it. Told that's the portion. I said on half the toast. It's busy. No I am sorry, not I will make a new one, no will fix it we made it wrong. The supervisor was unapologetic. Honey, if you can't handle it being busy and making the recipes so they are satisfactory you shouldn't work there. You need retraining on how to handle customers. Nice excuse for you and your team, we jip our customers because it's busy! New Dunkin moto!"
