"Working with Dan Martin from ServePro was a nightmare. He was unresponsive, not professional, and I legitimately felt like he was working on behalf of the insurance company and not us, his customer. Never returned calls, tried to overcharge us by a lot, and dragged his feet for months on a simple project. Every time I spoke with him I felt like I was bothering him. In the end, he laid the project off onto a 3rd party and Servepro didn’t even do the work. If you do go with with Servepro, plan to have them put an air purifier in your house for 2 weeks and then be charged by the day. Don’t work with Dan Martin no matter what."
