"My family has been going here for over 5 years and since day 1 my husband has been telling me to change dentist. I should have listened earlier. First off I’d like to say how nice the staff has been and their cleanings are probably the best I’ve had. However, they can be very pushy about dental work and any work that requires Novocain has been both painful and mediocre for all family members. Today’s visit will be my last due to the unprofessional behavior I witnessed between doctor and dental hygienist. The Doctor asked her to do my cleaning and she REFUSED to because she said I needed a deep cleaning. Granted I haven’t had a cleaning in a few years but they disagreed on a course of treatment and they literally fought about it right in front of me and I left with no cleaning which was exactly what my appointment was for. I was also denied a wisdom tooth referral to the doctor of my choice. I was Informed that it was the hygienist 1st day and she was doing an inwork interview. Also that nothing like that had ever happened before and they deeply apologized. I tried to stick it out with them as long as I could because of how nice they really are but going to the dentist is stressful enough and I left there with no cleaning, no referral, shocked and more confused than when I entered. I have NEVER experienced anything like that at any doctors and I’m very disappointed in my experience but will say again how nice the staff truly is! Unfortunately they lost 4 patients today."

"I have been going to Dr.Ernest Agajanyan for a little over a year now for my Invisalign treatment and my normal cleaning. Each time going has been comfortable and enjoyable to the point where I just want to hang out! The work he has done to my teeth amazing, I expected the teeth shaving to be more painful going in but the way he did it made it super comfortable. Comforting that he consistently asks if he is causing any pain. Any questions you need to ask they have the answer and scheduling is very easy. I will be continuing going to Bellingham Dental Arts for the near future!"
