Welcome to the Malden Public Library, a vibrant community hub located at 36 Salem Street, Malden, Massachusetts. Our library offers an array of programs and resources designed to enrich the lives of our patrons, from young children to adults. Iqraa Program - Arabic Stories & Songs Join us for a delightful storytelling session featuring Arabic songs and nursery rhymes. Designed for young children and their caregivers, this program offers a fun way to nurture early literacy skills. Recommended for ages 6 months to 4 years, no registration is necessary.

North Suburban Family Network, located at 39 Pleasant Street in Stoneham, Massachusetts, is a community-based family support and education program. As a recipient of a Coordinated Family & Community Engagement (CFCE) grant through the MA Department of Early Education and Care, in collaboration with Wakefield Public Schools and Melrose Wakefield Healthcare, we offer a variety of services and resources to families in Lynnfield, Malden, Melrose, North Reading, Reading, Stoneham, Wakefield, and Winchester. Parents and caregivers can complete a FREE Ages and Stages developmental and social-emotional growth questionnaire online, providing valuable insights into their child's development. We also offer the ParentChild home-visiting program to prepare children for school. Additionally, we provide information on secure gun storage to prevent accidents and promote firearm safety.
