"They do not pick up their phone. Good luck getting any information from them if it requires a phone call. It took me 3 weeks of calling them daily to finally get someone to call me back. Also, get ready for a canned response every time you pick up your child. They said “he had a good day” everyday for almost a year straight at pick up time. We had to try to pry out of them how his day actually went."
