If there isn’t a medicine in stock please inform before giving an alternative as that alternative may not work especially if it is what the doctor ordered. Communication and kindness goes a long way. I did not feel either at how my call at the pharmacy was handled. Already switched pharmacies."
"They hung up on me 3 times while I was on hold before I was able to finally speak with someone. The person was incredibly rude and didn’t want to hear the instructions I was specifically given to tell them by my prescription insurance provider. The person I spoke with made comments about the situation under their breath and I honestly don’t believe they are going to call the insurance with the correct information. Whoever answered the phone at 10:35am today should be retrained and taken off the phones."
