"once again caught something ringing up more then is marked. Then the manager had an attitude with me when I pointed at the price on the shelf. The workers are usually good at this home depot, but the mangers always seem to be the issue in this tewksbury location"
"Working concrete/masonry for 10+ years. Have to go to this location because it is what’s closest. This Tewksbury Home Depot does not care about their cement or the contractors who have to deal with it. They neglect where it’s stored and how it’s affected by the weather. The Quickrete from this location is also consistently of a worse quality than other locations, with aggregate to large and not enough cement to properly finish concrete work."
"Typical Home Depot. They schedule their inbound delivery trucks wrong then screw with you when you arrive. I called the day before to confirm my appointment. I knew it would be tight. I arrived on time, just barely. You have to pass through the flatbed yard to get to the docks. There was a curtainside there finishing up, I had to wait for him. Assuming it takes an hour per truck, he was there at least an hour before my appointment, blocking the path. Waiting for him ran me a few minutes past my check-in appointment. He pulled forward and around the building, but not all the way. Now that I could see the receiving office, I checked in. Receiving clerk was yelling at me about being late. I showed her the other truck, still parked in front of me. She insisted that I pull ahead and wait until the loader got to me (which would have required hitting the truck in front of me.) As it turns out, now that I was close enough to see the dock, there was another truck already there, just finishing. Again, he would have been there since at least an hour before. The loaded himself was good but the system is a mess. If I had been told up front that it was a Home Depot load, I wouldn't have accepted it."
