"This company is a joke. Don't have have repairs done here they will swindle you. I brought in my Bintelli Beast it ran great got it up to 35mph. All it needed was a new belt. Would have done it myself but it wore out around the corner from the shop. Plus I was going on vacation the next day. When I pick it up it would not go over 18mph. They obviously didn't test drive it. Within a minute of running down the road the belt tore up and danaged the engine. Adam said had nothing to do with them. What a joke had to pay for a new engine. Then 2 months later the belt drive cover cracked. So I called Adam to ask about a warranty he never calls me back. Bought the part online for $40. Installed it myself. Adam noted me $80 if not coveted by warranty. Loser company BEWARE!!!"

"Consumer beware. I never write reviews but after my experience I had to at least get my story out. I called this company in late September to stay ahead of the busy season and get my snowblower serviced. Was told it would be $269 + parts for a tune up and they would pick it up and drop it off. When it was ready, I was told the bill was $384 as there was a $75 pickup/delivery charge that I was not told about in my initial phone call. When the truck showed up, there was a huge banner on the trailer (pic attached) for “free pickup/delivery (Before first snowfall and new customers only) I am qualified for both, that in addition to they never told me about this charge, I thought my phone call to them should be straight forward. Called and talked to the owner, Harry. Harry said all his employees tell each customer of the pickup fee and since I called two weeks before the promo I was not qualified. The conversation never got confrontational, but I could not believe how short sighted this decision was. After expressing my disbelief Harry offered to refund me half of the delivery which of course is a good gesture, but again to lose future business over the other half was ridiculous. Harry then doubled down on his statement and said, “Not to call you a liar” but that all employees tell the customers about the pickup fee. It’s one thing to stick up for your employee, but this was in fact calling me a liar. Either way, I would highly recommend to do business elsewhere and simply google “snow blower tune up in my area” to find someone for half the price and not be disrespectful to a new customer that just paid $400 to have their snow blower serviced."

"I had these guys install my handlebars on my 18road king special. I couldn’t be happier with the price, service and product these guys provide. Price is right, the knowledge and passion is provided without the “sales push”. This is a smaller business compared to the many around. You aren’t a number, you’re a valued individual would is genuinely thanked for business. These guys have all my business moving forward."
