"If I could give zero stars I would. Went to get an oil change and inspection because it is close to my work. They failed me saying I had an issue with my right wiper and play on the shoulder joint. They said it would be over $800 to fix it. Weird because my car is only a few year old and both wipers worked fine, so I was immediately suspicious. Usually when you fail a state inspection they give you an R stick (reject). Well they didn’t do that. So I had my car inspected at another place and I passed no problem. Moral of the story - they are scammers. Do not get your car looked at or serviced here. I’ll never be back."
"After being told my oil change would be no charge it ended up being $75. I was told an hour it would take when it took almost 2 hours. I would not bring it in for service again and will be going to my usual place."

"I took my Rogue in for the first time, after having purchased it a year ago. I liked the reception and service waiting area. The service was timely completed and the car washed. I was surprised the first oil change was free! I also found the windshield wipers to be very cost-competitive to aftermarket parts, so I grabbed a set at Part, and Service put them on for free. Love the experience, will be back!"
