"My experience is that family owned businesses are always the best and the didn’t disappoint, starting with the personnel attention you get when you first walk through the door and are greeted by Erica. After review of the damage on my 2008 Porsche 911 my quote was emailed to me that same day and after visit by insurance adjuster I scheduled my appointment. Repairs were completed on time and beautiful done, always concerned with the color match but I was told they were the best. I couldn’t be happier with the great communication of each step in the process and quality of services that I received, ending with Ray dropping off my car at my home - now that service! "My Audi A5 was damaged in a parking lot mishap (other guy's fault) and upon Audi Norwell's recommendation, I took my car to this auto body to have the repairs done. I am so glad I did! The damage to my car was repaired so beautifully that there is absolutely no trace of what happened, even in bright direct sunlight, which is hard to achieve with metallic paint. Oh, and did I mention they detailed the inside of my car before they returned it to me.? Top quality work, utmost professionalism and wonderful customer service here.
