"Not a friendly dealer at all. You can tell they are all about make a money for them not to please the customers. Of course they will tell you that they did not find your record! That is the strategy they use all the time, otherwise telling you that this particular customer was never here. Nice try!"

"Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Really disappointed... arrogant…rude.. They are sneaky with the prices and put pressure on you to add packages to your monthly payment . They know they are taking advantage of people. Do not let them! Just walk out! Not to mention the general manager is incredibly rude and speaks loud enough for everyone to hear what I assume he wishes would be a private conversation ( he should not be working with the public or serving as a role model for others) as he is incredibly demeaning. The one star goes to the team in the service area and mechanic"

We shopped at several Chevrolet and GMC dealers and none came close to the experience we had a Copeland. I would also like to say that the service advisor Don Bailey went out of his way for us, we will drive the extra miles to have the truck serviced at Copeland, it’s worth it."
