The Community Therapeutic Day School, located at 187 Spring Street in Lexington, Massachusetts, is a specialized institution dedicated to helping children with special neurologic and emotional needs reach their full potential. Our therapeutic and educational program, complemented by outreach services, assessments, and community consultations, aims to support children between the ages of 3 to 12 with various challenges. With a small student body of approximately 32 students, we also serve an additional 200 children each year through our community services program. Our mission is to ensure that every child is given the opportunity to succeed by providing individualized care, setting realistic goals, and fostering confidence and trust.
