All classes at MunchDanceFit are expertly led by Ann Munchmeyer, an AFAA certified instructor with extensive experience from Boston Sports Clubs and other renowned fitness centers in the Boston area. Ann holds degrees from Williams College and Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and has a rich background in sales and marketing at Reebok International Ltd. When she's not teaching, Ann enjoys a bustling life in Lexington with her four boys.
