"I used to love Chipotle…..but the last few times i went it was horrible. They gave me a completely different order from what i ordered. Guacamole was brown and not fresh. The chicken was chewy and over cooked. The rice was crunchy and barely cooked. I used to love it here and i am very disappointed. Don’t go to the chipotle in Leominster, MA."
"I had a SHARP BONE in my chipotle bowl. This isn't a joke. I bought it up to the manager and was not offered a refund or an apology and received angry stares from the employees. He said "this is how the chicken comes" and shrugged. Also when I asked for chips and cheese one of the new hires gave me an angry look before this all started. As someone who worked in the food industry for 3 years this is unacceptable. Please see attached images"
"Mismanagement nightmare. Store opens at 11 but it takes them a full 20 minutes to start walk-in orders. 60% of the time they don't have enough staff to open the walk-in line and the only way you know is to go to the restaurant and see the sign. Writing this review because today the staff was arguing behind the counter and the kitchen was more messy than usual. The vegetables weren't available and they were working off of yesterday's leftovers. This store was 400% better prior to COVID. It's been downhill since."
"First of all I used to LOVE Chipotle, until they opened in my hometown. Old Guacamole, old salad…who knows what is actually fresh. This location streamlines consistently horrible, out of date, going bad food. Nobody likes bad salad, that is so far from fresh it’s almost liquid or old brown guacamole. Not worth my $15.00!"
