Charles River Landing

"I usually don't post such negative reviews but I have to share my opinion this time. The apartments look very nice, they are spacious, and although this complex is not cheap but reasonably priced in comparison to the other complexes In the area. The main issue is- There is no one talk to. You can't get a hold of a leasing person over the phone, you can't ask any questions because you won't get response, no one will ever get back to you. When we booked our tour and arrived to the complex, the front desk person knew nothing about the tour, and we communicated via text messages with some automatic system. After the tour there was one to answer questions. I'm seriously wondering, are you guys trying to save costs and eliminated all your employees at the leasing office? How is a person supposed to lease an apartment there when there is no human being to answer the phone? I can only imagine how you handle maintenance issues, will I also talk to an automatic messaging system? No, thank you. Had to pass on this one."

"As soon as I walked in, I realized that this is where I want to live. The property is great and looks like a 5-star hotel. Apartments are spacious and clean. The management team are the best. So professional, yet so kind and courteous. You can easily tell that they genuinely care. When I arrived for the tour, I was greeted by Rado, who answered my question and chatted with me until Erika was ready to give me the tour. The apartments were great and the move in process with Marijana was a delight. All my maintenance requests were handled quickly by Calvin. Overall, I had a great experience so far. The management team are always available to help with a smile. I truly feel welcomed and cared for. Huge shout out to Marijana, Rado, Calvin, and Erika! You guys are amazing!"

"I have live in Charles River Landing for almost 10 years . And I love every minute of it . The staff is very helpful and professional. The maintenance is fast, polite and effective . The management is Always upgrading , redecorating , improving the facilities , Always impecable. Highly recommend it , safe and close to everything."

"My parents lived here for about 18 months. The staff were friendly enough & the lobby was really nice but that's about all I can give them credit for. Rent was exorbitantly high — they present themselves to be a luxury apartment complex but their glory is totally faded. The apartment itself was nice enough but the halls & common areas aside from the lobby were gross. The carpets looked like they hadn't been cleaned since they were installed, the walls were dirty, they did a repair on a wall in one stairwell that went unpainted the entire time my folks were living there. Grounds were a mess too — overflowing trashcans & tons of dog waste. Communications from the staff were always cold & threatening. As a nice coup de grace, they hit my parents with a completely unreasonable bill after they moved out because they had painted two of the walls — even though CRL would certainly have repainted the apartment anyway. TL;DR — the place is gross, management treats tenants like dirt. If you're looking for luxury in Needham you're almost certainly better off across the street at the Kendrick."

"this is my first time living in an apartment, and im in love! The staff are very helpful and friendly, the neighbors are nice and always smiling. the maintenance staff are very professional when entering apartment. The leasing manager Bianca is always helpful and friendly. she definitely goes over and beyond for the residents.You can tell she has a true passion and cares about the community and the residents. I love it here and im proud to call Charles River Landing home!"
