"Refused service for no reason. Went to deposit savings bonds today. I know, SOOOO annoying. The teller rolled his eyes at me and told me to come back another time. Before I could say anything goes NEXT PERSON PLEASE. There was a line of about 5 people behind me. Since my bonds were already signed and ready to go, the process would’ve taken 4 minute or so, which I understand is long considered the line but literally what else am I to do….i walked 2.5 miles to this bank to do this just to be refused. I’m in the process of switching banks thank god, do NOT use Bank of America."

"I would like to start by saying was in the bank cashing a Check and the bank manager decided to tell me and half the bank that my account was empty. Well, it is that time of year folks. I just thought it was very unprofessional and awfully disgusting that he would try to think he was embarrassing me. He's a fool and I think he needs some retraining about keeping a customer's personal business to the customer and the bank. I guess he was a grinch who was gonna try to steal my Christmas joy this year not happening Ho. Ho ho."

"I grew up in Mattapan & Dorchester. This is by far the ghettoest and most consistently terrible banking experience I’ve ever had. Tellers ill-informed or outright wrong being corrected by their managers, asking questions and observing policies I’ve never even heard of at other branches for routine transactions. Line out the door with 10+ people waiting to be serviced and only 2 of 5 windows active with one teller closing their window at peak. To say it’s ridiculous is an understatement. As someone in an urban community that cares about accessible banking services I’m begging you, Bank of America, get it together before you lose more customers and show you care. I strongly advise you avoid this location if you are looking for a pleasant banking experience."

"Bank of America is already the worst banking institution there is. On top of that they have to nerve not to open until 10 AM! Their staff and processes are already slow enough as it is. I am so glad I do not personally bank here a hot mess."

"The tellers here in the dorchester location can't be trusted. My brother recently went here to deposit $6,500 cash and they said he was short $100. Before heading to the bank we had counted the money multiple times each turning out to be $6,500. This has happened multiple times to my mom as well. If you love your money that you worked so hard for, do not trust this location. If anything use the ATM."
