"My dog has a hot spot on her chest. I called, and they said to come on in without hesitation. When I arrived the front staff was very friendly. They asked for information, brought me into a room, the doctor was in the room less than 10 minutes. The doctor brought my dog in the back & took great care of her. They shaved and cleaned the area, put a topical powder on the area and provided us an antibiotics. Very informative, clean, friendly spot. Just opened 5 months ago. Im happy that there is finally an urgent care for animals, especially on a Sunday. Cost wise, very reasonable. Happy that my dog is home feeling much better. Thank you all!"

"I took my cat Maverick to Brijon when he started acutely vomiting and having diarrhea. The office is clean and I appreciated being able to be present with my cat during the exam, unlike a different urgent care in the area. I think it’s super beneficial to be present and able to have a face to face conversation with the doctor when we are paying the amount of money we are and obviously super worried about our pets. Dr. Frances explained her reasonings behind diagnostics suggested, was upfront with costs, kept my cat safe with sedation for xrays (when he has had issues with sedation before) and even let me review the xrays with her. I’m a vet tech in the field and I am 100% confident in the quality of medicine Brijon Urgent care provides. Thanks again!"

"The staff and vet are so nice. They took great care of Coco my kitty. Made sure we had the medication she needed and explained everything. Everyone is caring Coco was not scared at all. I highly recommend going here it's also very clean."

"I was recommended to Brijon by my veterinarian,Hanson VCA in Hanson Ma. They have only been in business for 3 months, so I don’t think Hanson VCA knew much about them. I had just purchased a new boxer puppy on 10/7/23… On 11/17/23 my puppy had thrown up and I noticed live worms in his vomit. This alarmed me for a couple reasons. I have been feeding him regularly and he hadn’t gained any weight and his fur wasn’t gaining thickness.. So I contacted our Vet which was on a Saturday and they didn’t have any appointments available for that day so they recommended “a new clinic” that had just opened in Hanover, Ma called Brijon Veterinary.. I had been taking my last boxer to Hanson VCA for years so I took there referral and brought Blake to Brijon the next day 11/18/23.. I scheduled online for an 11:30 appointment.. Got there at 11:20 and noticed there was only one other appointment, who was already being seen and Blake and I were put in a room to wait for “the Doctor”… Julie, the receptionist escorted us in and took Blake’s temperature.. She then assured us that it wouldn’t be long before “the Doctor” would be able to see us.. WE WAITED 40 minutes in a tiny room before she finally came in.. She spent 3 minutes petting my dog and telling me how cute he was and how much she loves boxers.. I then lifted my pup onto the examination table where the examination consisted of her doing a rectal exam.. I had brought in samples of Blake’s vomit from the night before, which showed lives ROUND worms in it, and I brought in a stool sample, in hopes of saving money on any unnecessary tests.. She spent a total of 7 minutes in the examination room and I got charged $140.00 for a finger in my dogs bum.. She recommended, which being a dog owner for years I knew what it would be, dewormer antibiotics… She left and said she’d be with me shortly to get me out of there.. I waited another 15 minutes, and had to get out of that box of a room.. we waited another 5-10 minutes before the receptionist Julie came out with his meds.. they gave me 2 boxes of Panacur C granules, which is a powder that comes in 3 packets per box.. The boxes are sold in 3 packets per box for no more then $12 per box.. They charged me per packet at $45.80/box and $72.86/box.. Then they asked, which I had already shown them the vomit from the night before with “the round” worms in it, which they seemed uninterested in. But I was told by my Vet to bring the vomit in that had the worms in it, and grab a stool sample that had no worms.. They “Brijon” said the vomit wasn’t necessary, and if we don’t need it we’ll just throw it away. The worms were still alive in the vomit, nothing in the stool.. The woman then said she would take the stool and send it out to determine what kind of worm it could be. Without getting the total on the visit yet, I agreed.. I, not being a Vet, already knew it was a round worm… but thinking this visit would be around $200 I agreed to them sending out the stool.. which was later refunded because I changed Vets, Julie had called and asked if I still wanted the stool sent out and I said no to save the $93. So at the end of the visit Julie came back and added up the visit.. $400.00!!!!! I was in shock!!! I paid $500 for my boxer!! This place is a COMPLETE RIP OFF!! They have a high rent where they’re located and they make up for it by marking meds up by over 100% and the visits they keep short so they can see as many patients as possible without giving your pet the recommended time.. Because the location borders towns like Norwell Duxbury and Pembroke, never mind Hanover where people will just pay because they can afford it. Guys like me who are a 100% disabled Afghanistan Combat Vet on Social Security trying to raise a 10 year old on my own and now a puppy… Ya I don’t have it.. I never received or signed any estimate paperwork to say what the price might be for the visit like they “claimed” on there the last bad review under mine..and go figure… They’re not on the BBB!"

"They took great care of our dog Watson when he had an ear infection on a Sunday. We would have had to wait for our regular vet to reopen, thanks to them he can start his healing process. I would definitely use them again and it's great to have a place like this in Hanover."
