"I come here almost daily. The coffee is hot or miss. Some days they are very flavorful other times it's colorful water with cream. Chicken & Roasted Pepper Wrap is my go to in the mornings at times it tastes like it is just put in a microwave and heated other times it is toasted to perfectly. I normally order online but many times when we get to the window it's as if they don't have a computer screen or receipt to read what items to serve. Everything is quickly corrected at the window."
"I used to go through here most mornings. You ask them for a bagel with cream cheese ON the bagel and they say “ok bagel with cream cheese” and once I get it, it has no cream cheese. I’m driving to work so I have to pull over, put the cream cheese on and then I’m late. Then I ask again, and I make a point to repeat WITH cream cheese on the bagel. Then I get the bagel and it looks like this (picture below). Really guys? Is it that hard to put cream cheese on a bagel? I ended up going somewhere else now, there’s a lot of small coffee shops in the area that will put in the extra effort, instead of these people at Dunkin’ Donuts who put a single knife spread on the bagel and pack it up."
