"East Mill and all the staff are amazing! My pup is nervous of the vet. The first time we came Michele was amazing and Dr O’dell got down on the floor and took the time to let my dog warm up to her. Paige was amazing too. I do dog walking in the area so whenever I have time I always pop in with my dog to get him used to the place and say hello to everyone. They are always so willing to take the time to give him treats and attention and always make it a positive experience. I have recommened East Mill to many family and friends since I have switched just a few months ago. Small practice, who knows the names of their clients and takes the time to get to know your pets."

"Just recently switched to this vet for our 2 year old (very anxious) chihuahua. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The vet, vet assistant and receptionist are so personable and friendly. They take their time each visit to make sure our dog feels comfortable and we never feel rushed. Their prices are also better than other vets we’ve had over the years for our previous dog. If you’re in need of a new vet give them a try! We’ve had a wonderful experience."

"I cannot say enough about East Mill Animal Hospital and the staff-they are all simply AMAZING!! Dr. Susan O’Dell, Michelle and Paige are the best vet team for my dog Sadie. During the entire process of Sadie’s dental they were all attentive, caring and answered all my questions and concerns. Since I live down the street from East Mill, Sadie and I stop in almost daily just to say hi and get a little treat (and to show Sadie that the vet can also be a happy place!) I highly recommend Dr. O’Dell and can’t imagine going anywhere else for Sadie’s care!"

Also are nurse Paige was so helpful, sweet and loving to our new baby! She gave us the best tips and answered all our questions . Michele, Susan and their team are providing a wonderful service to the community by caring for everyone’s fur babies and providing excellent veterinary services. I appreciate that they don’t try to nickel and dime you with services that are not necessary. The facility is equipped with state of the art technology in a beautiful Mill setting. It’s a great place to walk around and explore as well with a dog patio @TavernOnTheHigh. A great place to grab an early dinner after your pup has been seen.
