"Horrible customer service. I only gave 1 star so that I could post the review. We have held out with this company because changing insurance companies is a pain, but the CS has been so bad that it is no longer an option. I can never get anyone on the phone. I barely get Fred Driscoll to respond via email. 2 years in a row they told me they would set up my billing method from direct payments to mortgagee billing (as I had for 20+ years with my previous Insurance Company) and they didn't; resulting in me getting emails threatening to cancel my insurance if I don't pay immediately. This happened last year again and they promised to fix it....yet it just happened again. And they just promised again to fix it. So. Done. With. This. Agent. They stink."
"The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Multiple serious problems with both homeowners and motor vehicle insurance policies. No one ever answers the phone or returns emails. Do not use this agency. Nothing but problems."
