"While I was in Ciao Bow Wow, my dog suffered an emergency with his eye while in store he rubbed his eye and scratched his cornea. He just had eye surgery earlier that day and I came in to purchase a better cone than the one I bought online. Jerry and Annette sprang into action to help out. Helped out with the emergency and also helped fit my dog in a collar and cone and helped me put it on him. Thank you again I live alone so this was a huge task for me and I am so grateful to you both for your compassion. You would not have received this care from any big box store. Thank you to you both you can tell the people who work at Ciao Bow Wow love and care for pets and their owners."

"New to the area and was looking for a good place for specialty cat foods. One of my cats has urinary issues/cystitis and this place carries lots of high quality options. Highly recommend for dog and cat owners who want to support a small business and provide their pets with better quality food than conventional pet stores. They have an extensive selection with lots of flavors available and options for special dietary needs. They are also able to order specific items by request. Staff was very helpful and willing to give advice. Lots of toys and healthy treats too. I have discovered some new favorites for my cats. Check these place out!"
