"Only one actual human cashier is the norm now, and the self checkouts constantly require a staff person to fix errors. Their customer service person needs training - I reported my frustrating experience. No validating statement to make the customer know they've been heard, just an "ok Boomer" tone while telling me I could have gone to the manned check out. Of course I can, IF I want to stand in a line six deep! Stop & Shop... DO BETTER!"
"Spent $200+ on fall decorations including 40 pumpkins - Justin the cashier was great, but the manager was awful. Flirting with the young woman attempting to bag my items (awkward & creepy), when he walked away she walked the other way — leaving noone to bag my items. I started to do so, and then the manager walked by so I asked him if someone could bag my groceries. He rolled his eyes and started doing it, all the way sighing and criticizing the cashier (who was the only one doing a good job.) Terrible manager"

"I just want to shout out the the florist department, they always have a beautiful selection of healthy flowers, and for a reasonable price. Yesterday I went in to buy a bunch of flowers for my teachers for our pre-K graduation. The woman working in the florist department was so nice and helpful, she made sure all of the arrangements were healthy and looked perfect, she boxes them and made them look extra nice. She then proceeded to help me to the car to load them up. Definitely plan on returning for any flowers in the future!"
"I’m totally disgusted with customer care. I placed a pickup on the day before I picked it up the day after. On the on June 8th I laced an order and picked up on June 9th. They charged me twice for the exact groceries I ordered. They will do absolutely nothing for me. It’s like talking to a very unprofessional——!!! Will never shop there again! I advise others to do the same. So sad"
