"I called Martino's after being recommended by JJ lock to help me with some major door issues. I was roped along for about a month, and promised call backs and answers by the very nice receptionist. I did not receive any sort of communications. I stead I had to call back about 6 times to check on whether or not I was deemed worthy of their services. Turns out, they put me so far down on the priority list that they told me to go somewhere else. I will Never call Martinos for anything ever again . Complete waste of time."
"Enlisted their help to make a polycarbonate insert to accommodate a portable A/C in a casement window for a vacation home. It was a bit of a challenge which initially needed a modification. However, upon bringing it back to Josh, he was able to make the adjustments, and now it’s working great & husband is happy and cool! Ashley is lovely. They were great to work with! I will use them again if I buy another unit for downstairs."
