"I'm out $100, extremely frustrated, and didn't even get the help I needed. The therapist was consistently late to appointments and would even "reschedule" 5 minutes before our time to meet (essentially blowing off the session). Sessions were virtual, and Krista took appointments in her car, and if she was home her kids would often try to get into the room or it just felt as though she were partially listening. The company makes you give a $100 "refundable" deposit in order to even begin treatment (I've not had this experience elsewhere so I was weary to begin with). HBH says they will refund it if the therapist isn't the right fit. Given my experience I wanted to leave HBH and asked for the $100 back. Its been months and I've not gotten my money back. I've tried calling, but they never pick up the phone, and my emails go unanswered. I'm now having to contact the BBB to see if I can get my money back. If you decide to go with HBH for treatment, I would recommend proceeding with caution as you may leave with more troubles than you arrived with."
