"Fantastic care for my kiddos, current ages 12 and 14, we have been with them since the kids were babies. Dr. Bornstein truely cares about the kids and is brilliant. I have had the privilege of her by my side for short tubes between kidneys and urethra, a 2nd case of chicken pox (fully vaccinated child) she took gret care determining it was indeed chicken pox again. She is amazing. Any child is lucky to have her in their life."

"I have gone to this office for years with all of my children and have worked with both Dr Moran who is now retired and Dr Bornstein. They have always been nothing short of amazing to myself and my children. If we need to be seen same day we have had no issues at all. I guess I was a little shocked to see some if the reviews as that has been far from my experience. I do know that everyone has their own experiences but I've never had a negative issue in over 15 years and 3 children one with special needs."

"BE AWARE- Had an initial appointment scheduled for 5 pm, called in at 4:30 to alert that we got stuck in traffic and would be 5 min late- (gps is telling us we would arrive at 5:03) and was told first by the receptionist that Dr Carolyn Roy-Bornstein was waiting and could not wait anymore! When asked to speak to her she was put on the line and simply told us Out cold she had some cancellations and could not wait 5 min for us. THIS IS EXTREMELY concerning for a pediatrician! RUN - Since this happened to us, we will for sure not return and would like to warn others of the complete disregard and disrespect Dr Roy-Bornstein has shown."

"I am Very pleased with the care my daughter receives from both Dr. Roy-Bornstein and Dr. Moran. They are very accommodating for fit in appointments and I have called after hours and I have never been made to feel as though I was "inconveniencing" or "bothering" the doctors. The staff have always been friendly and efficient. The doctors are conservative in treatment which I appreciate and will happily refer out to a specialist when necessary. There are other practices with more convenient hours or weekend appointments however, for me, the personal care and relationship is more important. I love that Dr. Roy-Bornstein remembers who my daughter is without having to reintroduce at each visit."

"lousy. Takes days of calling for prescription refill with the nurse practitioner Marjorie Walentuk. She also keeps us waiting for 20 minutes or more at our scheduled appointments to barely spend five minutes reviewing information, and if you are late to ck in for a scheduled appointment by more than a few minutes the front desk forces you to reschedule even when she still isn't ready tobsee you. Rude, unprofessional and offices are not clean (dusty, cluttered and uncomfortable)"
