"I've been a Kohl's shopper for awhile and haven't been to the Woburn location in years. It was fairly quiet in the afternoon. The selection of men's winter hat styles was limited. I did grab a winter headband that actually wasn't very warm. I'll leave that in the car for emergencies. I didn't have my Kohl's card but was able to use the app on my phone to pay for the purchase. That was convenient."
"Went in at 8pm for an Amazon return. It was very obvious (I was holding my big Amazon return bag) went to the very back just to find out it was closed. I had asked a cashier (Nacy) but she said it was opened with a very straight face. Later went up to her register and told me to wait (I waited 5-10mins for her to finish being on her phone??) and the other register lady looked me up and in a very rude manner. Completely most racist encounter ever. When I left the lady behind me (she was white) nacy (the cashier) helped with a completely new nice attitude. This just happened right now (10/23/23 at 7:50pm)."
