"My friend and I both adopted pets from here recently, my friend got a ball python and I got a leopard gecko. The staff member who helped us went above and beyond but I didn’t catch her name. She usually works on weekends and she has beautiful heart earrings and hair. She doesn’t usually work with the reptiles but she helped us out a lot. She let us take a very detailed look at all the ball pythons so that my friend could get the perfect one. She took out all 4 for my friend to look at. Once my friend made her choice the employee helped us through the paperwork and walked us through the care guides. And she answered all of our questions even if it meant asking a few other co workers. This location takes very good care of their animals. They all looked happy and healthy and I would definitely come back here for my pets needs"
