"Pharmacy never has my medication on time. Always a few days late."
"The store is very disorganized and the pharmacy is a nightmare. Prescriptions not ready sometimes hours or a day later. A common medication, but urgently needed by me, was out of stock and not even ordered until my prescription was presented. Doesn't anyone check the stock for medications to be ordered before they are completely out? My medication was promised for the next morning. After 3 days waiting I went to Thatcher road and got my blood pressure medicine right away. Why couldn't Gloucester Crossing have gotten it from there for me? Why don't I get text messages as I did before, letting me know I was due for a refill, or that my prescription was ready for pickup? Why was I treated rudely by one of the male pharmacy assistants when I asked a question? I am a disabled person without a car and I have to rely on others for transportation. I count on my prescriptions being ready when promised. Although it is further away I am going to transfer my prescriptions to Thatcher road CVS."
"The last two times my doctor called in a prescription I received a text from CVS saying that my prescription would be ready at 2:30pm. Both times I arrived after 2:30pm and was told that my prescription was not yet ready. I was also told that they would put a rush on it and it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. That was true. Bottom line....DO NOT send me a text telling me that my prescription will be ready UNLESS YOU KNOW FOR SURE YOU CAN DELIVER ON THAT PROMISE! It is incredibly frustrating."
"A gentleman who works in the pharmacy stayed after the 5P close to allow my wife to pick up a meds prescribed by an urgent care Doctor around mid day. Online the status had been "In Progress" until 4P and I was asleep when the text said it was ready. Despite CVS's frustrating phone answering set up we got thru to the pharmacy at 4:57P and had the meds by 5:05P. Kudos to that employee who went above and beyond."
"Even though the Pharmacy closed at 5p a pharmacist stayed after 5p so my wife could pick up sinusitis meds so I could start taking them asap!"
