The space is beautiful, owners are awesome people, the membership options make sense & the pride you’ll feel when you take 40 minutes to be still and invest in yourself with the sauna and red light is time well spent. So good for daily maintenance but also for sore muscles or injuries that need some love. If you’re unsure definitely check it out, the cool towel at the end is the best cherry on top and you won’t regret it."
