The Rental House is a stunning waterfront Cape Cod Bay Beach House located at 33 Knowles Heights Road in Truro, Massachusetts. The house features 3 bedrooms, a free-standing brick fireplace, a full kitchen, and an open living/dining room with wood flooring. The house offers reversed living for stunning water views, and newly built beach stairs provide easy access to your own private beach. The large deck is equipped with a picnic table, shade umbrella, lounge chairs, and a gas grill. The house also offers a central vacuum system, high-speed wireless internet, cable TV, and more. With comfortable mattresses in all bedrooms, the house sleeps up to 6 guests. Beach chairs, a kayak, beach toys, and boogie boards are provided for your enjoyment. Sheets and towels can be provided for a fee, and many eco-friendly cleaning products are available for your use. Bookings for 2024 open in October 2023, with a 2-week minimum stay required in July and August.
