"Stood in line for literally half an hour. Two people were originally checking people out when I entered the line. One person clearly saw me but left leaving one person who was busy with a customer which again was taking FOREVER I don't know why because when they eventually walked out they only had 1 bag of stuff (?) Anyways FINALLY that cashier looked up and saw myself and another shopper standing there looking frustrated and called for help. It was the same person that left me standing in line to begin with so needless to say I wasn't happy AT ALL. Harbor freight just some advice don't leave a customer standing in line when you could have easily checked me out the first time, you need better customer service."

"Big, new store. Great selection. Westside is my usual store, but there was "limited stock" on the 2 items I really needed. (Limited stock means don't bother.) According to the website, Hadley had them. I didn't see the creeper I wanted, so I politely asked an employee for help. They were super nice, went in the back, and brought it out to me. It was the last one (whew). Grabbed a few other things and at the register, my cashier was friendly as well. The employees were great and it was a very pleasant experience. I think I'll make the extra drive to Hadley from now on."
"Great place. New location, past year. Always a helpful staff. All the managers over different trips have always stepped up and helped instead of hiding like many other retail stores. Bought via special order a Yukon tool chest that I am really pleased with the heavy duty quality. The store is a few miles farther than my closest location, but the staff and area shipping makes my wife and I happy. Keep up the good work in Hadley Massachusetts."
