"I bought a DeWalt skillsaw from this carr hardware back at the beginning of the summer, but then didn't use it for a few months and when I did, I found out that my fence was faulty and it was cutting everything slightly askew. It had been more than 90 days and I didn't have the receipt, but as a rewards member, they effortlessly looked me up, found my receipt and swapped out the unit for a functional one, with no fuss. Something I assumed would be an absolute nightmare hassle and mess to deal with, was made so easy and efficient for me, that I could never recommend these people enough. 10/10 best customer service ever."

"Just moved here thought I would take my first trip to the local hardware store. Put a few things in the shopping cart and got in line behind someone checking out standing next to the clerk who is the owner or the manager chatting with the customer checking out. After a few minutes another customer comes up and the manager says to her come on over here I’ll take you on the other register, leaving me standing there waiting in line Looks like I’ll be looking for another hardware store. Maybe the rudest thing that I have ever had happened to me at a shop"
