"This is one of the worst Big Y locations. I had an experience with a deli worker there who's still employed that made me seek out other locations. I will choose to shop their two locations near here rather than step foot in this store ever again. The selection is ridiculously limited and while most of the employees are great there's a handful of real charmers there that frankly make shopping there worthless. I won't step foot in there again unless out of desperation. I did share my experience with management who acted appalled but yet I see that worker anytime I had been in there. There's actually decent people that need jobs but nah, keep the angry cheese lady who attacks customers. PASS and head to East Longmeadow or West Springfield."

"since way before you remodeled i could never find the things that i use, like birds eye frozen roasted corn, activia peach yogurt, oscar meyer thick sliced bacon, 16 oz bottles of diet peosi, to name a few items. you do a poor job of keeping your shelves stocked"
