"After quite a few times of visits, I feel I have to leave a review here. 1. Expertise-wise, Dr. Gagnon, to my experience and opinion, is very professional and precise in prescribing medicine. Typically, after a few treatments of the medicine he prescribed, the symptom would disappear. I do need to emphasize that, the prescription should be followed rigorously, and most of the times after the symptom going away, the prescribed medicine should be continued a few more times to secure the treatment results. Again, just based on my experience. 2. Personality-wise, Dr. Gagnon is a very friendly doctor, who could make you feel calm down. By an interaction of just a few minutes, Dr. Gagnon could make you feel relaxed; he is also a very approachable person, to my opinion. 3. Generally speaking, the staff here are very friendly.
