"I have already had two bad experiences here and will NEVER step foot in this establishment again. A year and a half ago, I got an absolutely awful pedicure here. Because I could not get into anywhere else in the area last minute on a Sunday, I decided to give this place, another chance. Myself, along with two friends, got manicures and pedicures. My manicure came out absolutely horrible! I even had to tell the guy who was giving me a manicure that he needed to clean my nails as he was going to let me leave with red stuff in the inside of my nails (that was not there). Mind you, I was getting a gel manicure with CLEAR polish. I also asked him to cut the nails shorter..he barely cut them anymore, and it seemed like I was bothering him, so I decided to leave it just to get it over with. As my friend and I were leaving, we did not realize that tips were cash only. We did not have any cash left, so we told them that we were going to get cash and we would be right back. Meanwhile, my other friend was still finishing getting her nails done (we took the vehicle we all came in), and she was not going anywhere until we came back with the cash. Not only did they GUILT us into giving them a tip (and holding our credit cards), they were also rude to my friend who was left there, after telling them that that we would be back shortly with the money. We spent almost $400 between the three of us, and nobody left happy. I will NEVER go back to this place, and I will tell EVERYONE I know NOT to bother going to this awful place."

"Sneaky, watch out! Went in for a pedicure and picked the express pedicure for $35. When it was time to pay, I was asked if I had a membership. I said no and the price jumped to $65. I paid with my card and went to my car to see that I was charged $75 even after I gave a cash tip. I went back inside and questioned the man and he refunded me the $10. Don’t get ripped off by these people! The tech didn’t say a word to me the entire time. I was not told the price…"
