The Mercury Hotel Provincetown

"My partner and I stayed at the Mercury Hotel for one night this past weekend. We booked our trip fairly spontaneously, and the Mercury had very fair pricing and accommodations available for a last minute trip. The hotel staff were very communicative and were flexible to allow us an early check-in. We checked in with a virtual key, which was easy and hassle free. The lounge areas were well appointed and comfortable and our room, which was an economy room, was roomier than expected, clean, and quiet. The Keurig machine in the common area of the Mercury, as well as the coffee vouchers to Far Land Provisions were a nice touch. The parking was free and easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again!"

"I’ve now stayed at this hotel twice in the last couple of months and it’s going to be my Go-To stay! The staff is responsive by phone when they aren’t at the property and are helpful and kind. The rooms are nicely decorated and are comfy - I highly highly recommend The Mercury for anyone - I’ll be back!! Janine"

"The Mercury Hotel is the most charming little place to stay I can imagine and right in the heart of town. The public spaces are especially well appointed and fashionable. The hosts we encountered at The Mercury, Denise and Todd were both very helpful, kind and welcoming. I look forward to dealing with them again and we hope to take advantage of a suite in the future."

"We had a great stay at this cute boutique hotel. They are located in a prime spot right off commercial street. Restaurants and shops are close, the beach is a short walk away. The room and linens were impeccably clean. The staff were pleasant and friendly and always available if there was a need. The one caveat is the parking is first come first serve and there are not enough spots for the number of rooms they have."

"Cute little boutique hotel near the commerce street. Great location. I love the ambience and decoration of the public lounge area and back patio. They provide coupons for a nearby coffee shop. Check-in process is also very smooth and easy to follow. However, I’m a bit surprised by the small space in my room. We booked the economy room, which share a bathroom with other guests. In additions, the slanted ceiling make it hard for us to utilize the tiny space. I’m 5’4 but constantly hit my head on the ceiling. The AC unit works fine, but it’s located right next to the bed headboard, so the wind blow directly to our heads. Lastly, wifi didn’t work in half of the room(the street side has no reception). Overall, we enjoy our stay here, but with the amount we paid, I would expect more details to be attended to provide customer a better experience."
