"This place is money hungry and very unprofessional. I had a teeth cleaning that was rescheduled the first time. My next scheduled appt for my teeth cleaning was 12/18 at 1pm. first off they were late, door still locked at 1pm(which was my appt time, i sat in that office for a hour(mind you i took off work)for them to tell me i need a deep cleaning and i can’t get a regular cleaning. Which is what i came in for! And that i need to pay for a deep cleaning. They never let me know this before i came and to top it all off, i ask for a drs note when i was leaving so i can take it to my job, being as though my time was wasted, and they had the nerve to tell me i can’t get one! I almost lost my mind. I literally found the dr and let her know i need a drs note. She’s telling me the same thing. Why would i not give my job a note when you guys wasted 2 hours of my time and life! They put on there i refused service! Lmaoooo. i wanted my records sent to me. Signed a form on 12/18/23 to have them sent to my email and i still have not received ANYTHING! They are money hungry, unprofessional and ghetto. I needed more work done and they want to charge for every little thing. I should’ve listened to the reviews when i read them, before i chose them. Smh i won’t be reaching out directly, i don’t want to hear any feedback from you all because nothing is going to get done anyway. I’m good. I just want my records like i asked."

"I LOVE this Dental Practice! I was with my last dentist for nearly 25 years before he retired. So, I was skeptical. But they made me feel comfortable and the dental hygienist was wonderful and the doctor was GREAT. I now have my entire family coming here. I’m glad I found them!!!!"

"She's done permanent damage to my mouth. She had no idea how to prep teeth. Even the insurance rep agreed, and they r going to drop her. New dentist and endodontist both agree and are working in conjunction with the law firm. She left me with no front eye teeth for 7 months. The woman has been a licensed dentist for only 5 years and is a complete charlatan. She's being sued by more than just myself.. Folks, there's a dentist on every single corner In the state. you don't need the pain, aggravation and unprofessionalism of this woman, Ariel Forbes. Of course, the ADA and the state are involved as well. Forget about implants. She doesn't even know how to identify them. In the seven months, she came out to prep my teeth and then hid in that broom closet, Knowing full well that she destroyed my teeth. There is no in house lab and there is no team of lab technicians, as stated on the web page. She has no problem lying. Each time I requested to speak with her She would just send out the message. 'Tell him I'm too busy.... She is an unethical charlatan and will pay the price in the end. Quite possibly the worst dentist in the entire state. Don't walk, run away from there. She had the duty to deliver crowns and once she realized she would be accountable, refunded the last payment out of embarrassment. Like the lawyers said, the damage has been done"

"My little sisters and I came here due to its locality and convenience. If it were not for those two reasons, we would have left a very long time ago. There have been issues with making appointments, confirming appointments (on their end), problems with validating my up-to-date insurance, and a lot of attitude from the front desk and staff. Not to mention, the overwhelming pain that my little sisters went through during their teeth cleaning. After vocalizing it to the front desk to be less rough and in request for a more gentle experience, they continued to leave each appointment sore and hurting. There are plenty of places that will consider you as a human being and offer decent customer service. This is not one of them."
