"I was suffering from a severe hives breakout and did not know why. My insurance was not active and I couldn't see my PCP. The Patriot team happily assisted me with care and kindness. My triage nurse was great administering my meds and the doctor was patient and knowledgeable even without being experienced to my specific health history. Since then I have been able to see my PCP and I'm back to me again. I would happily allow the Patriot treat me again if I ever have or need an emergency treatment."

"I have been here many times when I cannot see my Doctor. Sometimes the wait time is long, sometimes it is short, depending on the time of day, and how many people are there. I appreciate how you can check online to see your expected wait time before you go. Staff is very friendly, caring and really listens to you to help facilitate an accurate diagnosis.Many times my visits have been quick and medicines called in right away. I definitely recommend this place for quality care."
"This is my preferred urgent care. I was diagnosed with covid here and I had a very positive experience. Last weekend I visited because I was having pain in my ear when I coughed or swallowed. The nursing attendant was awesome and very knowledgeable. The physician's assistant was also really good. It ended up that my ear had too much wax. The nurse flushed my ear with water and removed the wax. I then received a script for drops and I'm happy to say I don't have any more pain. I love this facility because you can book quickly, it's easy to check-in when you arrive, and the staff here are all friendly and excellent. I will continue to visit this location in Laurel for my urgent care needs."
"I got in quickly. The history taking in registration went quickly. The staff was very personable and attentive. The doctor explained what she found. I prefer a doctor that is willing to say go home and get some rest instead of trying to get fancy shots or drugs or something. A simple country doctor with a lot of expertise behind them. That’s what I found at Patriot. Thanks guys. If I’m sick, I look forward to going back to you again."
