LTRC Coop Tots is a small cooperative preschool program located at 200 Rickswood Road in Timonium, Maryland. Operated by the Lutherville-Timonium Recreation Council, this program has been providing quality early childhood education for over 40 years. Licensed by the Maryland State Department of Education, Office of Childcare, LTRC Co-op Tots offers a nurturing environment where children can develop physically, socially, emotionally, and intellectually through structured play.
