"Has anyone had issues with the billing? I have had sooooo many issues since joining. The front desk looked me in my face and lied that there was only one card on file in January. If there is only one card on file to only charge for my membership how did they charge another card for my HRT? EVERY SINCE I'VE JOINED THERE HAS BEEN BILLING ISSUES. No one has even reached out to me since last September or October unless I reach out to them first. That was the last time I met with someone there. I am so fed up with them. It's as if they do not care. It is illegal to maintain a card on file after you've been told to delete the card."

"Its been a bumpy road with my NAVA experience. When I had my initial testing done the wavi scan had to be redone a few times due to the music from the neighboring business, eventually it was turned down, but it was very distracting. Unfortunately the scan didn't work, I was almost charged for it (which I was initially told ins. would cover it), but a representative agreed to withhold the charge until the testing could be redone. I was informed that they'll be moving the location of that testing, so hopefully it will be in a less distracting location. I then had the gut restore program done, my appointment was cancelled because the results didn't come back in the time frame they said it would. Unfortunately, my canceled appointment was never rescheduled! So, when my results came back it was weeks before I could get in with the great nutritionist I was working with. I did attempt to get in to see someone due to an unexpected result. There was a lot of misunderstanding on the phone calls. I was accidentally put in with two different nutritionists when I needed to see a doctor to prescribe me medication. And while both nutritionists are wonderful, they told me to do contradicting things, so that was a bit of a fluke. I brought this to management who finally understood what I was asking for appointment wise and they were able to get me what I needed, which I was very thankful for. The final thing that's contributed to me writing this review is I ordered vitamins on 1/8/24... they never came. I called up after three weeks (1/29/24) and the person told me "oops they've been sitting in the warehouse." I asked if they could have a manager call me back, nobody ever reached back out. I called again a couple of days later and they confirmed they were shipped out today on 1/31/24. After speaking with management again today, they helped me with the situation and explained what happened. The overall staff at nava is made up of very friendly and helpful people, and despite all these bumps, management and other staff members have always taken the time to help me. Even from the response to my first review, I can tell everyone is doing the best they can and I do appreciate this greatly, I just wish there was a bit more organization because there's great potential here"

"Nava as a whole has been life changing for my health since joining as a member. But I truly look forward to my massages with Kenny! He is not only amazingly skilled and knowledgable about all things health and wellness —he takes his time and somehow continues to exceed my expectations every visit by checking in and tailoring my visit to what I need most at the time. At this point I cant even imagine not having my bi-weekly appointments with him. #grateful!"

"I get regular massages here with Kenny. I have to say he is amazing. I have chronic back pain and he works his magic so I can function for another couple of weeks until I see him again. The reception staff are wonderful too. Very pleasant and friendly."
