"I started seeing Dr. Neal about 6 months postpartum from my second child. I was experiencing urinary incontinence while running. Running was something that has always been a stress relief for me but with urinary leakage, it became stressful and embarrassing. I am happy to say that after working with Dr. Neal I no longer experience leakage while running. She has taught me so much about pelvic floor health and I finally love running again. "I was experiencing several pelvic pain to the point where I could not get checked out at the gynecologist and I could not experience intercourse with my partner. I experienced frustration because I thought something was wrong with me the whole time and nothing would get better. I tried to take things one by one on my own and still nothing was working. This PT service was so helpful. We had stretches that helped the part of my body that needed the help. The room always had a calm relaxing atmosphere. The Physical Therapist herself was so nice and welcoming, that helped because I was very nervous when we first started. The moment I realized that the PT was working would have to be the moment when I could feel myself relaxing throughout the day. I used to be very tense all the time. To be able to feel myself relax was when I realized a change is happening. When I could do the at-home exercises without difficulty was also when I realized things were getting better. "FIVE STARS! FIVE STARTS AND NOTHING LESS! Dr. Neal was so incredible and was such an integral part of finding out what was "wrong with me". Just after 2 weeks post partum, I could not walk and was in pain all of the time. No one was listening and she took a look and found that I had a major issue that I needed to get surgery for. After surgery, I came back to Dr. Neal to fix my pain and fix my guarding and a host of other issues. Dr. Neal was patient, kind, knowledgeable, she crafted a plan from beginning to end, and encouraged and laughed with me along the way. I'm crying as I'm typing this because there is no way that I can possibly thank her for everything she has done to make me feel normal again and live a pain free life.
