"Absolutely useless and a waste of time to go to this office. The women is not helpful in any way. Looks at you like the lights are on but nobody's home. She has no suggestions offers no help. Just blank stares. She was rude before we even got into her office. Made a comment "another tax person "and laughed. Why else would someone be there. She was more concerned with flirting with the security guard who was also a joke. Go to a different office. Lazy getting paid for nothing here."
"If I could give a negative number I would. EVERY administrative employee at IRS should be fired. Useless and LAZY are the only suitable descriptors."
"Horrific - a human cannot even make an appointment online. They make you wait forever, then it either hungs up or it tells you that the volume is too high and to call at a later day. The IRS has locked mom's account because they claim that dad passed away a year earlier. There is no way to speak to a human being to tell them that such information is false. Even the SSA has confirmed with mom that the SSA has the right information and the IRS has made a terrible mistake. Problem is.. that mistake cannot be fixed because nobody is around to speak to.... EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. Meanwhile, mom cannot file this year's taxes because her previous year's income tax records have been officially "locked" by this inadequate federal agency.... sad."
"I have been trying to make an appointment for my grand daughter for 1 month. I can not get through on any line. She has also tried. At one point the phone rang and rang and then they hung up on her. We are going to travel to the Frederick office (35 miles) to see if we can make an appointment in person."
"The security guard at this location needs to be fired. Apparently, she is afraid of a mother and son. She unclipped her gun, rested her hand on the gun, and order my son to step outside. I walked in with my son. I was talking to her explaining why we were there. The door to the office was propped open. Her reaction was totally over the top and uncalled for. Apparently, she cannot handle a parent and child asking for a copy of a tax reform and is unfit for her job."
