The clinic operates on a sliding scale fee structure to ensure affordability and does not accept insurance due to its status as a training clinic. Services are provided by student clinicians training to become clinical psychologists, who work under the supervision of licensed psychologists. The clinic follows evidence-based practice principles, incorporating various therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy.
