"Today is the 3rd time that I had to deal with Josh at the drive thru and let me tell you he is the reason I will not be returning to this Starbucks location due to his unprofessional and rude behavior. The last time I showed up, I requested an item and he said in a very rude tone, "WE ARE OUT OF THIS!" today, I greeted him (Just a bad look in return) and he huffed and sighed because he had to use another scanner to scan my stars and then pulled the card scanner rudely as if I was wasting his time. I kept saying thank you to him when he handed me my items and with a smile on my face. I said thank you one more time and he just gave me a disgusting look and was silent the whole encounter. Im not asking him to be fired, but maybe he needs to take training on how to treat customers with respect."
"Great service, awesome employees, my coffee always tastes the same regardless of time of day, and that is great. They even helped me find different styles and brews to expand my coffee horizon. The White Chocolate Mocha with an extra shot of Blonde Roast Espresso is my All Day Everyday. Thank you Starbucks Baristas"
"Waited for 15 minutes while 3 person staff steadily made drinks. People inside were waiting for their orders, and we had not even been waited on yet. Finally walked out and had minimal wait for our coffee at Rise Up. What’s going on Starbucks?"
"A Starbucks review really hinges on three things, the drink, the people, and the place. This location gets 5 stars for my drink today. Fast delivery to the counter (I always order inside) and it was put together well - tight lid, hot beverage sleeve thingy, and no spills and stuff on the outside of the cup (hate that) The team was working really well together and the short line showed that. Fine job. The place is Starbucks upgraded furniture and fixtures and they have nice outside seating here. Bonus points on a good weather day. Very well done here today SBX. thanks."
"Nice Starbucks location in the Easton, MD area. One major downside is that the drive thru lane is too short and cars easily backup onto the main road next to the property. Once in the Cafe everything was good. The food was delicious, we had breakfast sandwiches. The coffee was good as well. The barista was not the friendliest person, and neither were the other employees."
